GProject Development Goal:
Planning adjustment of social and economy system among the community to conserve forest.

Project Objectives:
a. Preparing plan to increase awareness and motivation of community to conserve forest;
b. Preparing plan to increase knowledge and skill of community to utilize forest product which will benefit economical condition for the families;
c. Preparing activities to replant forest and fruit trees in participative method;
d. Preparing plan to increase community?s income by developing productive business.

Expected output:
a. Program plan to increase awareness and motivation of community to conserve forest;
b. Program plan to increase knowledge and skill of community to utilize forest product (sugar palm) optimally and sustainable
c. List of activities to support additional income for the community
d. Program plan to increase community awareness to replant forest and fruit trees in participative method
e. Program plan to increase awareness among neighbouring community to stop violating forest and benefiting non timber forest product in sustainable method

Activities to be conducted:
a. Participative Planning Workshop in village level;
b. Workshop for sugar palm farmers and participative planning to develop sugar palm products;
c. Participative Planning to develop integrated economical condition;
d. Participative Planning to develop training for analysis and market analysis;
e. Participative Planning to develop activities to replant forest trees and other beneficial forest plants;
f. Participative Planning to develop community productive business.
