This is an awareness project designed to educate children grades 5 and up about keeping their environment clean and litter free. By involving the parents and teachers, they too will become educated and more aware of the need to have a safe and clean environment. A major outcome of the activities will be the larger propoosal to address the environment issues associated with littering, the need for effective dump sites, recycling, what to do with medical waste and bi-products, and pollution issues effecting Chuuk lagoon.
