Improving environmental management practices for conserving Kagera River Basin in Kanyigo and kashenye Ward
The project purpose is to improve environmental conservation measures among the community members by rehabilitating Kagera River Basin and harmonizing transboundary activities to sustainably exploit the shared resources by communities along the kagera River Basin. The project will cover two wards of Kanyigo and Kashenye in Missenyi District with the concentration in the Kagera River Basin which has been mismanaged by the farmers on their every day activities.
