UFDA WATER FOR ORGANIC FARMING
UFDA Water for Organic Farming aims to create a crop irrigation system by installing pedal pumps and implementing strictly organic farming techniques in order to reduce the level of pollution in Lake Victoria, preserve the farmland and lake ecosystems biodiversity and ease the rampant poverty in the Rwabitoke, Kisima I, Kisima 11 islands and Busana landing site communities by enabling users to generate additional income through planting and harvesting extra loads of crops during both the wet and dry seasons
