This project will extend Women Development Foundation's work in holding training sessions on producing environmentally-friendly goods, implementing a marketing plan for the goods, constructing a production center and purchasing required equipment.

The main objective of this project is to develop a degraded forest area into place providing facilities to the visitors to Anuradhapura and also to function as a training center for organic farming. A land of ten acres has been leased out by the Mahaweli Authority for this purpose. It is situated along the Andarawewa-Talawa Road in Anadarawewa village in the Anuradhapura District.
