Project Development Goal/Objectives:
1. Equitable forest and water resources management and conservation through knowledge improvement and building awareness of Talang Mulya people towards the importance of water and forest management.
2. Forest and water resources conservation through watershed management and water energy utilization through micro hydro.
3. Providing environmental service management scheme resulted from multiparty cooperation in terms of water and forest resources utilization.

Expected Outputs:
1. Activities support from Talang Mulya community, various sectors (Provincial Forest Agency, Provincial Mining and Energy Agency, City's Development Planning Board, District Environmental Impact Management Agency, etc), University of Lampung (Faculty of Engineering), Tripanca Corporation, etc towards conservation efforts (management, protection, and conservation).
2. Improving community knowledge and skills towards the utilization of water resources / energy.
3. Rehabilitating Cibetung and Cikawat sub-watershed through bamboo plantation.
4. Upgrading 1 (one) unit of 20.000 watt Microhydro in Kampong Talang Mulya.
