3. Reconstruction of 5 windbreaks .
4. Make a Participatory Video.
5. Establishing 5 boards and 2 informatory boards.
6. Develop a mechanism to encourage local people to plant seedlings and
to look after them.
7. Publishing 3 articles, 2 TV programmes.
8. Publishing 200 brochures, 200 posters and 500 training manuals.
