Working out criteria and estimation of households wishing to participate in the finance scheme. Explanatory and informational campaign of the finance scheme. Forming of an initial fund of the finance scheme encouraging building of efficient stoves and heating systems.
Policy Impact
Forming project management committee with participation of members of Kashkasuu Ayil Okmotu, Kerben city body of local government, representatives of Forestry would involve local authorities into project activity, which would give sustainability to the project.
