The main goal of the projects is to demonstrate possibilities of solar energy use for training purposes on example of high schools in Karaganda area and CAREC by means of installation of 25 solar lanterns and solar generating installation on the territory of 10 schools of Karaganda area and CAREC for demonstration of expediency and reality of the renewed energy sources use; to develop and approbate key SD themes on climate change, energy efficiency and energy savings at 10 schools of Karaganda area, and also to carry out PR-campaign for popularization of renewed energy sources use and to distribute the results of the project among teachers and schoolboys of Karaganda area and Almaty.

Expected results:
1) Selected 11 schools to install solar lamps and conducting of training company on renewable energy
2) 25 solar lanterns and solar generating installed on territory of 11 schools of Karaganda region
3) Modernized and renovated the building (in the school "Daryn" in Almaty) to install solar panels
4) Revised and approved the key themes of climate change within the educational package "Green Package". for pupils aged 11 to 15 years
5) Published booklet on the development of solar energy in Kazakhstan on the basis of researches projects of teachers and students involved in the project
6) To promote the project results among teachers and students of Karaganda and Almaty oblasts distributed 500 booklets, published 5 articles in the periodical press
7) Created a film based on the use of renewable energy by students of Karaganda region.
