CONTEXT; This project aim at improving milk production as well as increasing the value of milk through milk processing. So far the milk from FOO Machame village fetch 400 TZS per liter which is very low compare to the effort put on this process. The project will purchase machine to process milk to yogurt and cheese. The project will create employment to the villagers as well as increasing the number of people undertake dairy activities.

1. The project will enable the Foo community to afford family expenses
2. The project will create job opportunities for unemployed community members

Once the project is expanded it will be able to make profit which will enable maintenance of the machines and create profit
