Achieved sustainable peat land forest management system by community to secure economy and environment aspect

Project Development Objectives :
1. Developing community forest management system;
2. Facilitating the establishment of community forest management organization;
3. Exploring forest and non-timber forest product-based alternative economy resource ;
4. Promoting sustainable peat land forest management by community


Expected Outputs :
1. Existed Management Plan Document (conservation zone, silviculture)
2. Existed business plan document;
3. Existed legal guarantee in forest and area product management (from village level to ministerial level);
4. Established legal, professional, and accountable management institution;
5. Existed commercial wood stand potential data;
6. Existed non-timber forest product potential data;
7. Existed agriculture potential data (including fisheries and animal husbandry);
8. Produced documentary video regarding peat land forest management, community forest initiation process, natural resources potential, and management plan;
9. Produced printed information media package;
10. Information dissemination at village, district, province, and national level
