Gender Focus
Both men and women particpation is equally important for the community no significance or priority is given to a a specific gender.
Policy Impact
Creating the local grass root engineers within the communities on payment basis is also linking a business model approach within the area, the NGO has now been approached to get nearly 2500 bio gas plants installed through a massive GOI project and the NGO is also seeking to link the capacity building through the partnerships, which is extremely necessary for the sustainability of the program.
