- 44 people participated in capacity building activities, such as basic and advanced weaving;
- 15 families planted 2ha of wild cotton for the handicraft ? the project promoted the local marketing of about US$ 600 of cotton, an activity that was vanishing;
- Sustainable harvest of native raw materials for fiber and dyeing in 10 ha of Cerrado.
- Participation in the exchange promoted by the SGP and the Cerrado Agroecology Network among several groups that are working with natural cotton in the Cerrado states. They shared about dyeing techniques and learned many things as about a mechanic spindle that they replicated;
- Partnership with a social entrepreneur that works only with natural dyed cotton products in Pirenópolis, GO. With the partnership, the entrepreneur?s team helped them to organize four productive groups in two towns and two rural maroon communities;
- The group produced more than 35 liters of natural pigments using only garden (two species) and Cerrado plants (eight species); 8 kg of cotton lines; 12 m of cloth;
- Preparation of tags, signs and leaflets about the products.
