Practical solutions for sustainable development in Baraolt
The project aims to obtain environmental benefits and support the development of local communities who own forests in Baraolt area by promoting practical, accessible and economically viable solutions to reduce carbon emissions and increase the stability and complexity of forest ecosystems. The project will establish two intensive forest nurseries to produce Christmas trees on the land owned by the Meresti and Baraolt Forestry Associations.
