Solar electrification and solar powered water pumping scheme at Zinga, Bagamoyo
Context:

Evangelizing Sisters of Mary is a missionary Congregation based in Zinga Bagamoyo. The main objective of the charity is evangelization (spreading the word of God and providing spiritual services). However, they also provide social development support to local communities particularly, vulnerable groups. The charity has an area, which is surveyed. They also have a borehole, network of pipes and water pump. They are now looking for solar energy in order to pump water from the borehole to the users. Therefore, the request under this proposal focuses on donation for solar panels and accessories for water pumping.

About the proponent:

The sisters are now looking for solar energy so that they can get water for a variety of socio and economic activities at their centre. Water will be made available to the local communities in the vicinity as well.

Project?s primary Objective:
