Proposed RunaKanda forest area is highly sensitive for biodiversity losses. Local communities are tapping the forest and related components as money making avenues. Proposes to initiate reforestation for 02 ha, Agro forestry for alternate income generation, Awareness creation for 400 school children in 05 schools and surrounding communities, Building marketing mechanism for nature products, Establishment of education and training site.
