Combating Mosquitoes biologically through producing and distributing BT.
Location:Gaza city
A considerable portion of Gaza Strip population suffers from mosquitoes pest. The problem exists from the stagnant waste- and storm water, which is a good environment for breeding and growth of mosquitoes. Flying to the surrounding areas, the mosquitoes impose a serious threat the public health and enhance the propagation of epidemic diseases especially in the summer.
Accordingly we will encourage the development and implementation of cost-effective, environmentally sound alternatives to the currently employed practices for mosquito control.
