Community Approach to Alternative Energy Sources
This project is being implemented in Natib Ki Mandia, Badbnoli, District Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh. The beneficiaries of the projects are rural families who belong to the below poverty line and antodaya category. They currently have no electricity and no sewage systems.
The aim of the project is to explore sustainable uses of solar applications through community approach.

Regular contacts, meetings with villagers.
Forming SHGs agreeing norms
Capacity building of locals SHGs for social convergence
Register , account openings for SHGs
Agreeing HHS for solar energy application through SHGs
installation of solar water pum.
Village volunteer (VV) training of 2 persons
Institution setting for the maintenance and repair of equipjments through VV
Smokless chullah.
Awareness generation
