Return Trees to Forest
to address climate change risks such as drought, flood and severe storms and mitigate their impacts for the population in Phalanxay district, Savannakhet province. Project will invest its? efforts in achieving sustainable natural resources management, increasing food production through introduction of integrated pest management and improve readiness to address climate change risks through ensuring proper management of community forest (?Sacred Forest?); increasing rice and other crops production and improving aquatic habitat and other aquatic animals through community-based preservation spots.

Local authority and people share the project since beginning project makes plan, training, implementation, conservation activities and agriculture product including livestock, fish rising to conservation pot, organic rice plant people get income to develop their family economic, and they also have attitude to save natural resource what is long term for their living.
Capacity - Building Component
Participants of the project had trained for new technic for livestock, organic rice planting and project management. Project staff who is the from local authority and target villagers get the method of the living with their wealth natural resource while they are participants the project.
