This project involves installation of home renewable energy electric power system to service the state government building and the Old Age Center and includes training on energy efficiency and planning. It is designed to prepare the island for eventual upgrade to or replacement of its diesel power plant with a cost efficient and revenue-generating community renewable energy power plant that will be utilizing energy from the sun.
