Construction works on the hydroelectric power plant in Ocova (power of 9,1 kWh) were made by 4 employees of the Municipal Office and 2-3 workers of a marginalized group working for a company JimStav. Due to the electrical connection the electricity gets from the hydropower into the workshops in the Remeselny dvor (Craft courtyard) which annualy saves an average of 13 500 kWh, which is a reduction of 8 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year and a save of 1212 euro on operating costs. Organisation of demonstrations of traditional crafts created temporarily a room for 4-5 artisans in the craft workshops in Remeselny dvor.
During the project were created new partnerships with other organisations supporting the use of renewable energy what resulted in organising a promotional and information campaign (with financial support of the British embassy). Visitors were informed about the services of each organisation in the region and there was also an example of photovoltaic assembly which demonstrated the production of energy from solar radiation. Visitors were also informed about the ways to obtain financial aid for photovoltaic and solar systems, as well as information about the returns of invested funds. Subsequently local residents installed around 120 solar panels (about 30 households). In addition, 3 new photovoltaic power plants were put into operation in the cadastre of village Viglas, each of power of 1,0 MW.
