This project aims to address water access and storage problems in the São Miguel local community, specifically in Achada Pizada. The objective is to construct an above ground water storage tank with 150 m3 capacity for agriculture use. Access to water will promote modernization of agriculture and obviously make it a bit profitable for small beneficiary farmers.

In this sense a coordinated effort by the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Mary and the Parque Natural Serra de Malagueta, proposed the above intervention which will beneficiate local community and small farmers. The project will be coordinated by the proponent, with technical collaboration and monitoring by park workers.
