Result as the project activity: Organized the project workshop for selection personal responsibility in 10 target villages, there were officials concerned and also women attended, employed expert fishery 2 times, participatory planing with villagers in 10 villages, organized workshop for selecting committee and issue the regulation to protect the reservoir, the project bought the materials for construct post(small house for keeping the reservoir) and for making remarked pole around the reservoir, created board in 10 villages, completed 7 regulative board, completed remark 17 boards.The district and villages leaders understood the project objective and they cooperated well, villagers in 10 villages also. Completed survey and collect informations in 10 villages, drafted the regulation for management the reservoir, determined 1 protected area 28 hectares and planned to carry out. The village authority facilitated villagers participate activities, the villagers emphasized to protect biodiversity and environment. The project supported women to participate, to decide and give opinion, also selected women being the committee to conserve reservoir.
