Achievement based on indicator, Ban Dongmod have the usage of land and forest, there are regulation to manage according to the agreement of villagers.Community participation villagers cooperated well to carry out the project activities. Participation of indigenous people, Dongmod villagers cooperated and facilitated to carry out project. Capacity development, villagers learnt how to manage resource , allocation land and forest.Gender focus, every project activities there are women, youth, security or we can say every one no separed man ,women, all of them can give opinion and cooperate implementing.
Awareness of environment, information on environment impact, aware villagers to conserve forest, especially watershed that is source of water, and also aware villagers to rehabilitate forest for becoming forest..
