Zero carbon Synergy at Corund-Praid
The overall objective of the "Zero carbon Synergy at Corund-Praid" project is to contribute to the sustainable development of Corund Praid area by promoting, demonstrating and transferring technologies with zero carbon emissions, and by preserving and improving the ecosystem status and biodiversity of the Salt Mountain reserve, with the active involvement of local communities.

Project sustainability
The Information Center is - at least during the summer days - supplied with energy from the panels - and the grantee (organization which is also the custodian of the Salt Canyon protected area) will maintain the installation. After the testing of the manual, in partnership with the loacl school Inspectorate, the manual will be included in other schools as well.
Notable Community Participation
The communities of Corund and Praid and the local public administrations of these localities and two NGOs are co-financing the project.
