The developed innovative conception for the construction of ?Demonstration project for developing of intelligent scheme to build ECO charging station with 2 (two) park spaces for charging of electric vehicles in the urban district with ?Green? energy provided by photovoltaic cells??. This conception gives innovative resolution to decrease gradually the problems in the urban district, which are caused by the motor transport, through stimulating the building of intelligent schemes for renewable energy and which generate incomes and contributing to decrease the harmful carbon dioxide emissions, nitric acid, non-methane carbon, dusty fractions and noise. The built Eco stations will serve the necessity of the electric vehicles to be charged, where there is no harmful emissions or noise. The built design of the Eco station and its approach to use ?Green? energy does not generate harmful utter and noise and there is no consequences to the environment. The innovative model of the Eco station is the regulating module of the power flow, which will provide technically consistent and economically profitable exploitation.
The project conception expects to establish measures and activities, which will ensure safety conditions for the health and life of the staff and the customers to run the Eco stations. The demonstrational project for building of Eco charging station with 2 (two) park spaces to charge the electric vehicles with energy which is produced by renewable sources (the sun radiation) is foreseen to be realized in the several areas: Western Bulgaria, district the city of Sofia, Sofia Municipality, the city centre of Sofia. The profile of areas, which will be used to construct and inculcate the renewable energy technologies ? ?Eco charging station with photovoltaic panel?, which will have a South aspect and there has already been accomplished pre-project energy inquiry.
To promote models for sustainability and multiplication of the project to decrease the impact of the harmful hothouse emissions in the urban district, the project also has a planned approach for development, which is going to have a position in the city of Sofia, district ?Studentski grad? and the city of Pernik.
To be realized this project, a promotion of the private innovative production (electric vehicle) is conceded to take a participation in the demonstrational enterprises. The electric vehicle is built up on local level through conversion with electric engine, which is a good indicator for good practice for sustainable transport in the urban district which helps to decrease the transport emissions.
For the participation in the demonstrational project are drawn to take part a major part of the society.
A direct participation is taken up by the public sphere : Ministry of Economics, Energy and Tourism (MEET) with department ?Energy efficiency and environment?;
Sofia Municipality and regional municipal structures;
Participation in European Polytechnical University;
Participation of the project?s partner ?A1 Ltd.? Ltd;
Participation of citizens (volunteers) to promote and spread the demonstrational enterprises for achieved good practices on local level.

The implementation of the demonstrational initiatives for ecological education will enhance the society information to ecological information to decrease the impact on emission of hothouse gases on the environment through using and introduction of technologies and schemes for renewable energy and energy efficiency.
