The project ?Presentation of good environmental management practices in Bulgaria? is implemented by civil association ?Future? (?Budeshte?) and aims to present to the general public different approaches to managing the environmental aspects of a given business in it aim towards sustainability. All project activities are focused towards delivering one single product ? producing a documentary film with working title ?The other Bulgaria through our eyes?.

The project team includes sustainable development experts and professionals from the film industry, who will be based in Sofia and will travel to the different destinations in Bulgaria to film case studies and interview the people behind them. The film will present between 7 and 10 good practices, which will be presented in different ways: interviews, visits, statistics, archive material, etc.

The first stage of the project includes a desk research of the SGP-Bulgaria database, as well as of other good practices around Bulgaria (

including of companies members to the UN Global Compact). Those companies who will be selected for interviews will be chosen based on results, relevancy and quality of initiatives.

Through this documentary film, the project ?Presentation of good environmental management practices in Bulgaria? will contribute to the promotion of SGP-Bulgaria?s long-term activity and results in the country. The film will be developed in HD quality and will be presented during festivals, in universities, and other events, television, etc.
