In Kayanza province there is a problem of high demography and then a big pression on agriculture land with also a high level of soil erosion. That project aims to bring solution to the problem of soil erosion on two hills ( Migende and Shinya) mainly by trees plantation and erosion control activities. The main activities which are going to be implemented are the sensitization of local administration and rural people in soil conservation, technical support in nurseries implementation, trees plantation, installation of erosion control device, construction and use of improved cooking stoves and modern goats breeding. This project will be implemented by the NGO BADEC ( Bureau d'Appui au Développement et à l'Entraide Communautaire).
