The project activities are:
?Extracting the lessons and challenges through project documentations including progress reports and the final reports of the projects.
?Selecting interview candidates and conducting the group/individual interviews
?Liaising with SGP fact sheet, photo story team and thematic projects grantees
?All rushes and films belong mutually to SGP and the grantee

The project outputs are:
?Documentary movies each up to 10 minutes long. These movies will be made in Farsi with English subtitles
?Develop and train participatory methodology to GEF SGP grantees and stakeholders
?Assist grantees to produce advocacy materials (in Farsi and English) of projects
?The training materials developed will be uploaded on SGP local website
