IDENTIFICAO E PROPAGACAO DE BOSCIA MOSAMBICENISS NAS ZONAS SEMI-ARIDAS DO INTERIOR DE GAZA
this project aims to elaborate a participative and illustrative guide for identification and dissemination of Boscia mosambicensis tree; the idea is to support the communities to identify the nocive species variety that occurs in the natural ecosystems, and reduce the mortality caused by consumption of the roots of this poisonous specimen, that occurs normally during the period of intensive crop harvest; thereafter the communities will be trained on how to disseminate the sweet edible variety, since the way the communities explore and use the trees is destructive due to the removal of roots; this project intends to reduce the forestry degradation, morbility and mortality of humans caused by consumption of the poisonous variety of Boscia mosambicensis contributing simultaneously in the reduction of land degradation.
