* Establish effective partnerships between local community, who are fulfilling their in cash contribution, and the local authorities of agriculture and irrigation who provide the technical assistance needed to ensure that the constructions are according to the required technical specifications
Capacity - Building Component
* Organized two seminars attended by 109 farmers to promote the project?s objectives and explain expected results, concerning water conservation, preventing land degradation as well as energy conservation.
