Community Based Degraded Land Rehabilitation for Sustainable Development
the project aims to protect land degradation and combating climate change through the practice of rehabilitation of degraded land and afforestation to solve food insecurity problem. The specific objectives of the organized association to implement different activities that can solve the current worst problem of the area are rehabilitation of degraded land and biodiversity through area enclosure, implementing soil and water conservation activities on communal as well as individual farms, soil management activities through compost application to increase soil organic matter and productivity of the land.
