The project aims to carry out rehabilitation of the local environment through integrated sustainable land management activities that enhance its service giving capacity so that community?s livelihood potential is improved and biodiversity resources are conserved through improving the sustainability of in production land escapes and indigenous and community conservation community watershed /areas; intervening into the conservation and enhancement of environmental challenges through integrated and sustainable land management practices and climate proofing of land use and forestry; enhancing and strengthening the capacity of community (particularly the CBO members and those of indigenous people; promoting the rehabilitation of degraded land area and availing alternative source of income, food and feed; creating alternative livelihoods (income generating activities)
