The project aims to enhance the capacity of the community through training, awareness raising and experience exchange; to rehabilitate degraded hillsides, grazing lands, and gullies and avail additional source of cattle food and feed; to reduce pressure on natural resource by creating alternative livelihood and income generating sources and to contribute to climate change mitigation through the utilization of energy saving stoves.
