The selected villages are under the Government's Tsunami affected list of villages and the beneficiaries are the actual permanent residents fo the villages. The beneficiaries voter ID and PDS ration card photo copies have been collected as evidences. The poverty of these affected families / SHG members are the poorest and the deprived below the poverty levels. General source of income daily wage labours, cow herds, and construction workers.
