Improving the effectiveness and efficiency SGP Suriname
Improving the effectiveness and efficiency SGP Suriname
This project aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of SGP Suriname, focusing one hand on providing the tools to the NSC (training on the focal areas, evaluation of the review methodology, facilitating for discussions on Strategic Projects), but also evaluation of the SGP projects so far, to analyse the best practices and lessons learned. There will also be a review of the standard project proposal formats being used, to update these as to make it more adaptable to the communities. Also, a KM product (SGP manual) will be developed as to support grantees with the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of their project.
