The main goal of the project is the creation of efficient conditions to improve the cycling transport in the village Okoc and its surrounding. The project is managed with the participation of local municipality, public and cycling group TJ Okoc-Sokolec. Through the engagement of public into the planning process they are creating the innovative, bottom-up planned conditions for sustainable development. The project will engage also groups of disadvantage people, like mentally and physically affected students from the special school, mentally affected residents from the asylum and handicapped members of sport club. Newly established bicycle lanes, information boards and observation places increase added value of powerless transport and contribute to the development of social-economical conditions of the village.
