1. Completed fencing work of 3acres of total area for Mounling lake rehabilitation, and the installation The rehabilitation of Mounling lake will not only benefit Ramjar Community but also Bartsam Community under Trashigang District.
2. Installations of improved cooking equipments are under full swing. we have already installed 2 nos of 100 liters tilling pots in Shedra and 150 liters of tilling pots in community monastery. we have 10 numbers of tilling pots are installed, this has help to reduce 70% of firewood consumption compare to the normal oven used in the past. It has help to improve the health and hygiene and also it has help to reduce the nos of labour (cooks).
3. The establishment of community forest nursery is developed.
4. The CBO has planted 3336 nos of A?class sapling around water sources. The teachers and student of Ramjar MSS took active part in planting trees in their water source and more than 460 community people have taken part to plant trees in their respective RWSS benefited water sources.
5. Protected 10 numbers of communities water sources protection works. All the protected water sources are not less than an acre.
6. Demonstration of effective flag hosting method works was implemented by Ramjar Monastery. Initially it was constructed with bamboo; it could not sustain for longer period of time due to natural calamity and could not explore the effective ideas to the people. However, flag hosting method with iron pipe is now durable and re-usable for hosting flags, this has ultimately helped to reduce pressure on forest produce.
7.Four nos. of waste disposal pits were dug in community monastery.
