Energy efficient stoves installation allows: get annually cost saving up to 40% that is about from 35000 to 80000 tenge in money equivalent; cost saving from electricity up to 50% in winter period; decrease time wasting and man-hours input in houses heating up to 60%; improve environment condition by decreasing greenhouse gases emissions from 40 to 60%. Project activities allow increasing locals? income: using practices that allow save money from fuel, rational usage of different resources ? electricity, man-hours and allow increase thermal performance of energy efficient stoves, decrease ash waste, smoke, CO2 emissions in heating season. The project contributes in region?s nature conservation by disseminating practices that shows possibilities of alternative approaches. As well it provides support for vulnerable rural population, decreases poverty level and increases locals? potential in resisting agrarian crisis.
