Rehabilitation of Degraded Land and Biodiversity conservation in Doko Zolo
The project aims to enrich vegetation cover of Doko Zolo Mountain and sub catchment of Gina River in Doko Zolo kebele through enhancing rehabilitation of 280ha degraded land through area closure; operating various soil and water conservation measures on 280ha degraded land; improving soil fertility through 3525m3 compost application; enhancing and strengthening the capacity of community; and promoting income generation and asset development to 122 association members.
