Sustainable Environment Protection and Forest Management in Buge Wanche Kebele
The project aims to conserve biodiversity through rehabilitation of degraded land to improve livelihood of the C=community by different innovative income generating activities through reduction of land degradation in 704 ha of land in the project duration; improving soil fertility and ecology on 704 ha of sub water catchment area; rehabilitating and reclaiming 115 ha of marginal land through appropriate conservation; and contributing better livelihood for 241 HHs in the proposed catchment area.
