Rehabilitation Of Degraded Land For Sustainable Development in Genta Kanchama Ocholea Kebele
The project aims to rehabilitate degraded land and thereby enhance biodiversity conservation and improve livelihood of the community through enhancing rehabilitation of 275 ha of degraded land through area closure; operating various soil and water conservation measures on degraded land; improving soil fertility through compost application; enhancing and strengthening the capacity of community; and promoting income generation and asset development to 200 members of the association.
