Reforestation des alentours de NKUNKU dans le groupement de Boko et Kisantu
Les "NKUNKU" sont des petites Aires de Conservation Comunautaires des ressources naturels. Dans le District de Lukaya chaque village ou clan a son NKUNKU considéré comme une réserve communautaire des services écosystèmiques. Suite à la pression exercée par la ville de Kinshasa sur ces réserves communautiares, les NKUNKU sont menacés de disparaître complètement du paysage naturel des zone proches de cette ville. Le projet entends apuyer les communautés locales qui le désirent à restaurer leurs NKUNKU afin de continuer à bénéficier les services écosystèmiques perdus.
