Implementation of the project meets the requirements of 3 most important government programs of the republic: -Environmental rational use of irrigated lands, irrigation floods, salt percolation, restoration "Environmental and productive? land; -Food programme- additional production of rice, legumes crops. -Programme on employment. -The project also meets the requirements of the millennium development goals to improve living standards, reduce poverty level. Addition this project has significant financial strength. With expenses of 25.000 $ U.S. dollars in the first year (desalinization, soil clean up) local farmers will re-ceive 16 tons of rice at the cost of 100.000 tjs or 21.000 $. Cost of rice straw will be 25.000 tjs or 5.200 $ US dollars. Total only first planting will produce at the cost of 26.200 $ US dollars. Due to the fact that 70% of the output is available for employees of Farmers/households, they will contin-ue to extend the implementation of such projects. CSO "KhaIr" will get 30% of production for future project implementation in other jamoats

Up to 30 local people (15 men/15 female, from Lohuti village/Jamoat K.Sayfudin) will be directly involved during the project implementation. More than 100 local people will participate in seminars. Only on 8 hectares implementation of the project will create permanent jobs for 15 local families.
