Scaling up solar electrification of Kamugeni Village by semi-literates rural grandmothers
The project is about up scaling "the Semi-grandmothers electrifying their own Village (RWA/SGP/OP4/Y3/CORE/09/01) project". A cooperative made by the solar women engineers together with villages members is the implementer of this project that aims at electrifying 20 houses in addition to the 70 that Safer Rwanda have electrified in their village.
