Conservation of Community Forest and Improve livelihood Tropaing Pring Community
The project is aiming at building capacity of Community Forestry Committee members to conserve more than 409 ha of Community Forest Areas through preparing 15 years Community Forestry Management Plan, construction of 7,000 meters x 4m of forest fire-road. In addition that one tree nursery size 20m x 30m set up for producing tree for selling and planting trees in 50 ha of degraded forest in community forestry. Four patrolling houses were built for patrolling group. To build resilience livelihood of community members, project will established five saving group by using involving fund to increasing their income through goats rising.
Outputs:
1. Five CF sub-committees for Tropaing Pring community forestry were selected to manage CF areas with 401 CF members
2. The fifteen year CF management plan of Tropaing Pring CF was developed and officially recognized by provincial forestry administration.
3. The forest fire road size 7,000m x 4m was built in Tropaing pring CF to prevent forest fire.
4. The tree nursery size 20m x 30m was built in community to support tree planting activity.
5. More than 20,000. Small trees were planted in the 50 hectares of degraded forest inside Tropaing pring CF.
6. Four patrolling house was built and prepare work plan for patrolling group.
7. Five Saving Groups were organized to make fund available for their members to create other options for their livelihood.
8. 60 families were trained on how to raising goat raising and 12 widow families of 60 families were applied this knowledge.

1. Prepare fifteen year of Community Forestry management plan
2. Construction the fire road size 7,000m x 4m
3. Construct the tree nursery 20m x 30m in community.
4. Re-planting 20,000 trees with in 50 hectares of degraded forest.
5. Construction four patrolling houses and prepare work plan for patrolling group.
6. Establish five saving groups by using revolving fund to increase their income
7. Provide training to community members ( on goat rising, book keeping, market communication)
8. Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation(on committee trees nursery, committee of saving groups, committee of goat raising
9. Provide follow up support on goat raising.
