The idea of the project is to reduce ??2 emissions into the athmosphere by demonstrating renewable energy sources (RES) and energy efficient technologies and by disseminating the experience of their use based on the example of the Kok-Sai GFD. Project is also aimed to raising awareness of local population of RES and energy efficient technologies.
