For the wider converage of the population by the project there will be made the following actions: - conducted a broad information campaing on the environmental issues such as pastures and regulations on environmental conservation, - organized two round tables, - implemented contests and exhibitions for the school children. - based on the results of the project, there will be desinged posters and leaflets about the activities in two languages which will be distributed among the proejct partners and beneficiaries. - Additionally, the local and rayon mass media will also air aour activities in the TV and newspapers.

It is expected to receive a regulation order by the Sumbula A/O on controll over the grazing cattle in the project locality in the area of 7 ha of pasture. This will contribute to the faster and proper achievement of the projects goals.

It is planned to introduce the financial mechanism that will encourage the local population to plant and care of the plants. It is proposed to pay them 100 KG (2.05 USD) per grown sapling. The harvest is due to allocation: 1/3 for fencing the neighboring locality and 1/3 to be given to third family who should also fence the territory and work in the same way.

One of the objectives of the project is to adopt an order by Sumbula A/O on integration and control over the number of cattle grazing in the pasture location. This will improve the condition of vegetation grow in the given area.

Proposed two round tables and meetings on ecological issues, as well as trainings on regulations in the filed of environmental conservation will give valuable knowledge to the local population.

The concept of sustainability is the main objective of the project which is going to be developed during the the preparation of full project proposal by undertaking the prevention measusures against degredation of hills, pastures in the Kesken Tash locality covering 7 ha.

The current project will involve 10 families from the village who will obtain nesessary knowledge in taking a proper care of the demonstration section saplings and forest crops.

The project proposed herewith is just a preparation, ie baseline study phase and there is planned to develop a full project on the results of given small analysis.
