«Reducing the scope of wind and water erosion in Bai-Mundiz village of Bazar-Korgon rayon by creating the conditions for the growth of thorny cappers (capparis spinosa) on 100 hectars of eroded land at Turk-Kolot site of Beshik-Jon a/o Bazar-Korgon rayon Jalal-Abad oblast».
The idea of the project is to restore natural biological diversity of capers foothill steppes (Adyr) through the rational use of rangelands in conjunction with the local community: fencing 20 sites of natural pericarps; sowing almond in 15 hectares; cloning of capers in 5 hectares; raising environmental education of the population.

Inovative Financial Mechanisms
It is expected to develop the financial mechanism to encourage the local population to plant the trees by establishing a metiral incentives for each grown tree in the seed breeding plot.
Project sustainability
Rehabilitation of land areas in the 100 ha territory will have a positive influence to the local population. They can even increase the number of their cattle for 1 or 2 more, as the capacity of land will be increased. The increase of capacity of pastures will lead to the raise of income of the communities.
