The project that aims to contribute to the promotion of sustainable use of natural resources in Mabalane district, as well as create a community native forest in an area of 50 hectares with mostly native and other exotic tree species; promotion of environmental education to decrease the level of uncontrolled bushfires in the district and protect the Limpopo river banks from soil erosion will also be attained.
